Make suggestions and recommendations for the enhancement of services and operations.Practice and foster open, clear, two-way communication with all related departments and superiors.Monitor and manage staffing levels and labor costs and optimize utilization of poker tables.Assist in the recruitment, orientation, training, development and scheduling of Poker Games personnel.Cooperate and coordinate with gaming regulators as required and as appropriate.Adhere to and ensure compliance with all gaming regulations, internal controls, policies and business processes.Review and maintain the necessary records pertaining to the activities of the poker department including daily and monthly review of operations and financial data.
